Dark Circles & Puffiness Under The Eyes

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate, which means it’s extra susceptible and more likely to be the first place to show any signs of skin damage caused by environmental assaults.

When combined with exhaustion, genetics, eye rubbing, lack of sleep, allergies, excessive sun exposure, stress, and aging, this can lead to puffiness, fine lines, and dark circles.

The area under the eyes can appear darker due to constricted blood vessels causing hyperpigmentation, or from thinning of the skin around the eyes.

Look for multi-functional products that can simultaneously address these concerns. Don't leave your home without UV Sunglasses!

Always wear eye cream. I like to use the following Ingredients:

Vitamin C

Great for hyperpigmnetation (PIH)(Brown Spots) / Sun-Damage / Sun Spots / antioxidant / Stimulates Collagen Synthesis

Extracted from yeasts’ cell wall

Sunglasses with UV protection are sunblock for your eyes.

Wearing them can prevent darkening of dark circles.

Dark circles can be a sign of an iron deficiency. If you have low iron in your blood, hemoglobin (which carries oxygen) can breakdown more easily causing THIN skin below the eyes ta appear dark or bruised.
